Busy March at Sunset

What a busy month so far March has been here at Sunset. Spring is in the air and everyone is moving in to their new long term rental properties. Like always on the long term rental market in Javea there is more demand than supply. This means that properties that are new to market are renting on the first viewing. 

Here are just a few of the properties we have rented this month.

One of the amazing houses we rented this month, is this large villa near to the Arenal. With its 5 bedroom main house and 2 bedroom guest house there is plenty of room for a family and guests.

This apartment also has new tenants. A fabulous ground floor apartment with a large terrace. There was quite a battle from several potential tenants on this one.

A country house in Pedreguer is another fantastic property we have tenants moving in to next week. This is a special house with so much character.

It´s not only large and luxury properties that we rent, this was a small one bedroom in the Arenal.
